What stone carpet is and what it is made of
Stone carpet, also known as resin bound gravel: what it is, what it is made of (aggregate + resin) and why it drains. Explained by specialists in Valencia.
Stone carpet: natural aggregate bound with resin, for pools, patios, entrances and stairs. Bespoke finish, installed by specialists in Valencia and the Valencian Community.
Applied over your existing floor, with no joints where dirt builds up. Elegant, safe and built for the sun and water of the Valencian Community.
A porous floor: water passes through the material. No puddles, whatever the weather.
Natural aggregate does not store heat like stone or concrete. Comfortable barefoot even in August.
Textured grip, even when wet: more safety around water.
UV-resistant resin (no yellowing), resistant to chlorine and salts of the Valencian climate.
Applied over the existing substrate (concrete, tiles): less rubble, less time.
A continuous surface: easy cleaning and no mould in tile lines.
It is the same aggregate-and-resin floor, applied to different spots around your home: pool, patio, entrances and stairs.
The same floor, from edge to edge, with no change of material.
Patios, solariums and garden areas, with the same floor over what you already have: stays cool, drains rain and does not gather mould in the joints.
The access area or where you park the car, with the same non-slip, seamless finish.
The stretch where people slip the most, with the same grip as the rest of the floor.
We share the craft: drainage, aggregate types, maintenance, comparisons and common mistakes.

We compare the options for a pool edge (stamped concrete, porcelain, marble, stone carpet) on drainage, temperature and safety. An honest guide.
The real differences between stone carpet and stamped concrete: drainage, temperature, joints, maintenance and building work. We help you decide without the sales pitch.
Before you write to us, this might already answer your question.
The price is worked out per m² and it is not a fixed figure: it depends on the total area, the aggregate you choose and, above all, the condition of the floor it is applied to. A sound substrate needs little preparation; one with cracks, uneven areas or damp needs more groundwork first, and that shows up in the quote. That is why we do not close a price without seeing your floor first.
In many cases yes, over the existing substrate (tile, concrete, terrazzo), as long as it is sound, well bonded and free of damp problems. If there are loose pieces, active cracks or damp, these need to be dealt with first. We assess it on the visit.
Neither. The exposed aggregate texture provides grip even when the floor is wet, exactly where other smooth surfaces slip. And because it is light-toned natural aggregate, it does not store the sun’s heat like concrete or dark stone: you can walk on it barefoot in high summer.
We do pools, patios, entrances and stairs: the same aggregate-and-resin floor, adapted to each corner of your home. See the detail above, in applications.
We are not a flooring company that does everything. We focus on stone carpet for pools and outdoor areas, where the detail makes the difference. That focus is our advantage.
We come, assess your floor and tell you the truth about what can be done.
The finish lasts as long as the substrate prep. That is where the job is won.
Aggregate and resin tailored to the colour and grain size you choose.
